Sometimes you encounter a QuarkXPress document where all the picture boxes are filled with white, and you need them to be transparent — or vice-versa.
You can change them all instantly by going to the script-shaped menu and choosing Set All Bkgnd None (to make them transparent) or Set All Bkgnd… and then choose a white or another color.

The backgrounds of all the picture boxes on the page will be changed.
