Stanford University Artificial Intelligence Laboratory has developed an auto-trace tool that is dramatically more accurate than the tools in either Adobe Illustrator or CorelDraw.
Named VectorMagic, it’s only available only as a service on their website, for about $2 per image. You upload your image and they return the vectorized version of it. Their example results are stunning. Have a look!
