Vertical Moon’s SWF, Lock & Load makes it extremely easy to create animated Flash Preloaders — those animations that show the progress of a Flash file loading on a Web page.
It includes more than 100 templates that can optionally show the percentage loaded, bytes loaded, or frames loaded. You can save the preloader separate from your SWF file, or merge them together. All that for $20.
